Due to the nature of outdoor events, it may be necessary for us to cancel/postpone prior to or on the day of the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather. However the organising committee has some contingency plans already in place which will allow us to hold ‘FEAR’ in all but exceptional conditions.

Announcements of any cancellation/postponement in advance will be via the email provided on the registration form, website and social media pages. Please ensure that there is a correct email address held for you. If for any reason the event is cancelled, we will refund your entry fee less an administrative charge of not greater than £5.
